Main Role & Scope of Work:
  • Develop new market and new agent channels for KhmerPay money wiring service.
  • Make possible channel to unsure new way of operate and execute business in market are work able.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibility:
  • Execute “1 Market 1 Agent Project”.
  • Execute and be on field to build up opportunities for money wiring service availability everywhere.
  • Maintain relationship with all stakeholders to ensure KhmerPay service is priority choice and available.
  • Negotiate and deal with each market’s governor and local authority for approval and permission.
  • Execute branding availability to various channels.
  • Measure and set the limitation of agent per each specific zone.
  • Assist RTM specialist in each provinces to ensure reach goal set my management.
  • Weekly report to direct manager.
  • Weekly meeting with team and associate team, department, and partner to ensure stay on update.

Responsibilities

Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years working experience in retail agent, digital service provider, or similar field.
  • Some understanding of financial technology service and trend of digital service.
  • Able to travel to provinces.
  • Excellent relationship skill.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skill.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Time and resource allocate management skill.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skill.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Complaint resolving.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Mobile App & technology understanding.
  • Speak-able multiple languages, English is a must, Thai or Chinese is a plus.
