We are looking for Finance Manager to handle the distributes the financial resources of a company, is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in financial and/or equivalent degree is required
  • At least 5 years working experiences in Finance and/or PSP sectors
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and remotely on some occasion
  • Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and long-hours
  • Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result
  • Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation
  • Strong management skill

Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial aspects within the company
  • Manage the annual audit process in conjunction with the appointed auditors to ensure statutory accounts are produced within the required deadlines.
  • Financial Statements - oversees the preparation of required monthly unaudited financial statements and annual audit and taxes by required deadlines
  • Financial Performance - responsible for creating management reports to share with management, and developing tools such as dashboard or financial statement ratio analysis to communicate financial performance
  • Provide an accurate and timely financial service including setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, management and financial accounts and advice and support to inform decision making at all levels.
  • Budgeting and Expense Control - responsible for overseeing the budget process, collecting the inputs, setting up the budget, and comparing actual performance with budget
  • Record Control - responsible for accurate maintenance of appropriate financial records
  • Accounting Policies and Procedures - responsible for the establishment and up to date of accounting policies and procedures
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available fund for investments
  • Set up tool to monitor and if require use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital expenditure requirement
  • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
  • Produce daily cash book, cash reconciliation and monthly financial reports for management
  • Produce all statutory reporting including daily, monthly, quarterly and annually reports.
