We are looking for a motivated and experienced compliance officer to guarantee that our business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines. Your duties will include reviewing employee work, developing company policies, and responding to policy violations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance and Banking, Law or equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 2 year of working experience in related field with financial institutes
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
  • Good command of English, able to speak Chinese languages is a plus
  • Brilliant oral and written communication skills
  • Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and monitor the institute’s daily related operations to ensure that it is being properly complies with both internal and external regulations
  • Work as a team member to conduct ML/FT onsite inspection and prepare summary report
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to in-charged Senior
  • Assist team work and manager to review and advice on related issues
  • Work as a regulation overseer who prepare, summarize and update internal and external regulations.
  • Assist manager in managing and providing appropriate advice/recommendation on relevant regulatory requirements
  • Assist manager in checking and preparing regular reports and external reports
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
